Payment Option Program

            The most popular program in the market place allows for the greatest payment versatility ever.  This uniquely designed program is called the Payment Option Program.

            The basis of the Payment Option Program is a monthly payment election that is determined by the borrower’s needs.  If cash flow is the goal, the Program allows for the lowest monthly payment therein maximizing cash flow.  If a balance of cash flow with an equity concern, the interest only option meets the needs.  Should a traditional thirty-year payment be the choice, the Program offers that too.  Finally, if a borrower feels that rapid equity build up is the way to go, the Program allows for a fifteen-year pay out.  The truly unique part of this entire Program is that each of these four choices can be made on a monthly basis.  The borrower receives a new payment coupon from the Lender every given month. As such, the borrower decides on the Program feature that best meets their financial goals.

   

            The first option involves a low start rate. The particular Investor offering the Program determines the start rate.  Some of the determining factors include:

  • Whether the borrower plans to owner occupy the residence or if it will be an investment property or perhaps a second home.
  • What the desired level of down payment will be.
  • The elected underlying Program index.

 The lowest start rate program originate with an interest rate of 1%.  At these low rates you could experience the following the monthly payments:
